 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You have to visit Materuni if you're in Moshi or Arusha. You can take a tuktuk/daladala for 30k tshs from Moshi town to the village- it's quite a bumpy and long ride. Then pay for a ticket- you'll be given a receipt.
Then find a guide to take you to the waterfalls. You'll pay the guide 20-30k as well. You can ask for Frank(he is an amazing tour guide and well behaved). 30-40 minutes walk and you're there.
The waterfalls are 80m high so it's quite a scenery!  I enjoyed every bit of it. The coffee tour is also nice and quiet interesting with the group singing their traditional songs. I enjoyed the chagga food.

 Verified Waterfall and coffee
I'd like to say thank you very much for this marvellous experience. I was picked up from my hotel in Moshi with a TukTuk and had a pleasant ride into the mountains on eye level and immersed with everything what was going on around me. Once the ride was over I was met by my guide for the day (forgive me for not quite remembering your name.) He was very knowledgeble and could answer every question I had and the best photographer and videographer one could wish for. A very enjoyable hike through lush greenery to a very impressive Materuni Waterfall where we spend a bit of time and I could have gone for a dip had I wished so. After the waterfall we headed back and to Materuni village for the coffee experience. Following the coffee fruit right to the freshly made cuppa was very interesting and everybody could have a go at it in all the process phases encouraged by a lot of singing and dancing. Nice to try the product of my own efforts of making delicious Arabica coffee (I don't even like to drink coffee). A hearty home cooked lunch in this Chagga village and a sip of banana beer concluded my day before being taken back to my hotel by TukTuk. An absolutely enjoyable day and thinking back still makes me happy and smile. The Arabica beans now filling my home with the scent of Materuni coffee. Thanks again to Johnson, his family and every body in the village to having created such an enjoyable and memorable day for me.

The hike to the waterfall was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting some local people and trying their banana beer! The pickup was well organised and the lunch was great too. The hike was quite slippy as it had rained, so come prepared!

 Verified Amazing Experiences For All
What a day experiences for us from booking to activity. Materuni village is the best place if you visit Tanzania. The village is full of nature the atmosphere was so awesome. At the bottom of waterfalls was less crowded and we had a chance to swim. Our guide Consolata was knowledgeable, and Johnson who organised the trip highly recommend them. Admission fee fair for the waterfalls, coffee, traditional meal and banana beer experience.

Experience was excellent and amazing. The admission fee is worth. The duration of the activity from start to end is the same. Hike to waterfalls is beautiful about the coffee and banana beer don't mention it. Highly recommend it to everyone.
